Who we are

IntelixServe is a restaurant point-of-sale platform operated by Aptivix Technologies LLP (“Aptivix”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability partnership registered in India with its office at HD-307, WeWork DLF Forum, Cybercity, Phase-III, Gurugram - 122002. This policy covers the IntelixServe website and the IntelixServe platform.

For business data that a restaurant enters into IntelixServe — its menu, tables, staff, orders, bills and payments — Aptivix acts on that restaurant's instructions. The restaurant decides what is stored and who may see it; we operate the platform that holds it.

Information we collect

When you sign up or contact us

The onboarding form collects the restaurant's name and code, legal name, branch details and GSTIN if you give it, the chosen plan, and the owner's name, username, email and phone number, so that we can create your account and reach you about it. The contact form collects your name, restaurant, email, phone and message so that we can respond.

When you use the platform

To provide IntelixServe we hold account information for a restaurant's users — name, username, role and permissions — together with the business records the restaurant itself enters. We keep operational records such as sign-in sessions (including IP address) and an audit log of key actions such as bill edits, numbering changes and platform sign-ins, which exist so that a restaurant can establish what happened in its own account.

Automatically

Our servers record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to operate the service, investigate faults and protect against abuse.

How we use information

• To create and operate your restaurant's account and respond to enquiries
• To provide, support and improve the IntelixServe platform
• To secure the service, including rate limiting and abuse prevention
• To communicate about your account, trial and subscription, including service notices and invoices
• To meet legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell personal information, and we never share one restaurant's data with another. Each restaurant's records are isolated by tenant, enforced by the database itself.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently run analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies for those purposes. The sign-in page remembers your restaurant code in your own browser to save typing; nothing is sent to us. If this changes we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent before any non-essential tracking loads.

The IntelixServe platform uses tokens and storage that are necessary for you to stay signed in securely. These cannot be switched off without preventing sign-in.

Sharing information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the platform and this website — cloud hosting, email delivery and similar infrastructure — and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We may disclose information where the law requires it. We do not transfer customer data to third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and signup details are kept for as long as needed to follow up and to maintain a record of business correspondence. Business data in the platform is kept for the life of the account and, because bills are tax records, for the retention period Indian tax law requires after that. Operational and audit records are kept for a defined retention period and then removed.

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data we hold: authenticated access with hashed passwords, role and permission based authorisation, tenant isolation enforced with row-level security in the database, audit logging, HTTPS everywhere and rate limiting. No system can be guaranteed absolutely secure, and we make no claim to any security certification we have not obtained.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to give you access to the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may withdraw consent where we rely on it. If you are a staff member of a restaurant that uses IntelixServe, please raise the request with that restaurant first — we will support them in answering it.

Children

IntelixServe is a business product and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be notified to account holders.
