Pricing questions
How does the free Starter plan work?
Starter is free for as long as you like, with one branch, 3 staff logins, 15 tables, 60 dishes and 300 bills a month. When you reach a limit the app tells you; ask for Standard or Pro from Admin → Restaurant and we switch you over — your menu, tables, staff and bills carry over unchanged.
Is GST included in the price?
Prices are per restaurant per month, exclusive of GST. A tax invoice is issued for every payment.
Can I add branches later?
Yes — within your plan's limit from the platform console, or move up a plan. Each branch gets its own bill series, settings, tables and printer.
What counts as a device?
Any signed-in counter browser or phone with the waiter app. Devices are shared across your branches.
Do you charge for onboarding or menu migration?
No. Menu import, printer setup and staff training on the first day are included with every plan.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the platform. Your data is exported on request and removed after the retention period in our terms.
