A café counter lives on speed. IntelixServe is built for the cashier who knows the menu by heart:

Orders from the table, on a phone

Staff take orders at the table on Android phones, and the counter sees every table live. A phone can also issue the bill, take the payment and print the receipt over Bluetooth, so nobody walks back to the counter. The waiter app is included on every plan, the Free plan too.

GST bills without the paperwork

Bills carry your GSTIN and the CGST/SGST split, numbered in a series you control: set the prefix, padding and next number, or carry on from the number your old system stopped at. Sales, daily, department and bill-register reports close the day.

Is the Free plan enough for a café?

For a small café, often yes. 750 bills a month is about 25 bills a day. A café billing 40 times a day reaches the limit in under three weeks; that is the point to move to Standard, which has no table, dish or bill limits. Your menu, tables, staff and bills carry over when you switch.

What you need to run it

• A PC or tablet with a modern browser for the counter.
• Android phones or tablets for staff, if you take orders at tables.
• Any ESC/POS thermal printer, 58 or 80 mm, over Bluetooth or LAN.
• Internet access. When broadband drops, phones carry on over mobile data.

QR ordering, when guests order for themselves

On the Pro plan, each table gets a QR code. Guests scan it, see your menu on their phone and place the order, which lands on that table's running order. Payment is still taken at the table or the counter.
