How we build
Tables, not tickets. A restaurant thinks in occupied tables. So does IntelixServe — one live order per table, lines voided rather than deleted, and a floor that every device sees the same way.
Indian tax, first-class. GST on food and beverage, VAT on liquor, separate discounts, service charge on the right lines, financial years and bill series that auditors recognise. Not bolted on — designed in.
Each restaurant isolated. Every record carries a tenant; SQL Server row-level security enforces the boundary on every query, so one customer can never see another's data — even if the application had a bug.
Honest roadmap. What is planned is labelled planned. Kitchen displays and Swiggy/Zomato integration are on the way; they are not on the pricing page until they ship.
