Delete it in the app

Open the IntelixServe app, sign in, and go to Settings → Delete account.

• Staff member: enter your password to confirm. Your login is deleted at once, you are signed out on every device, and your name is replaced with “Removed user”.
• Owner: enter your password and type your restaurant code to confirm. The restaurant is closed at once: every login stops working and every device is signed out. Its data is then deleted within 30 days, as set out below.

You can also do it without the app, as described below.

If you are a restaurant's staff member

Your IntelixServe user account belongs to the restaurant you work for, which created it.

1. Delete it yourself in the app (above), or:
2. Ask the restaurant's owner or manager to remove you: Admin → Staff, open your name, turn off Active, and save. You can no longer sign in from that moment, on any device.
3. To have your name removed as well, email connect@aptivix.in from any address with your restaurant code and username. We confirm with the restaurant and then replace your name with “Removed user” within 30 days.

If you own the restaurant

Delete it in the app (above), or, to close the restaurant's IntelixServe account and delete its data without the app, email connect@aptivix.in from the owner's email address on the account, with the restaurant code. We confirm the request with you and complete it within 30 days. Download any reports you want to keep first.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: user accounts, names, usernames, passwords, PINs and sign-in sessions; for a closed restaurant also its menu, tables, staff, guest details and settings.
• Kept: bills and payments, because they are tax records, for the period Indian tax law requires (GST records: 72 months), after which they are deleted. Staff names on those records are replaced with “Removed user”.
• On your phone: signing out of the app, or uninstalling it, removes the sign-in token and settings stored on the device.
